6. Guarantees and remedial measures. Boomi ensures that the boomi services in place during the order (i) are essentially consistent with the existing documentation (the “operating guarantee”); and (ii) be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of planned maintenance, installation of updates and factors beyond Boomi`s proper control, as described in Boomis SLA (the “availability guarantee”). The only and exclusive customer guarantee and Boomi`s only obligation for any breach of the operating guarantee or availability guarantee is that Boomi offers a fixed or reasonably accepted bypass of problems for Boomi services and provides boomi service level credits in accordance with www.boomi.com/sla. THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION ARE THE ONLY WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES RECOVERABLE.
