The best way to become a consultant if you haven`t attended a party is to go to the Mary Kay website. (www.marykay.com) and with the search option, look for a consultant near you. Then email the advisor to let you know if you`re interested in becoming a consultant, and if they`d be able to talk to you to answer questions, or maybe they`d consider taking you to one of their weekly meetings. You say it`s her fault that she didn`t read the deal? Thank you for sharing the obvious. You just confessed that women have to watch their backs when entering Mary Kay. Would you say that to a woman while trying to recruit her? “Come to the sorority, but I`m not leaving with the agreement. All you`ll discover later is because of yourself if you don`t read it yourself. No, but you like to tell her that when she gets upset after signing. Thank you, Yeessssss! Starting a business costs so much money compared to what you can invest with Mary Kay. Sorry for the typos just woke up saw this and was upset. Spend quiet time with God. Grateful Marykay taught me this and my first devotion was given to me by a friend I met in Marykay. It is a pink Jesus who calls.
I have to find my zen and the truth In answer to your question, you can`t just “terminate” the one-year contract you signed from Mary Kay. What you can be sure of is that since you (I guess) are an inactive member of the team, you are NOT helping him drive his Cadillac Rose. Their privileges to earn the use of their career car are based on their team members who work and order products from the company to fulfill their customers` orders. Being only in his “team” does not give him any advantage in any way. Personally, I have 5 team members, but only one works as a real deal, so my “perks” are only based on the “one”. Not all five. Mary Kay does this so that we keep working and no one gets rich by sitting on her back!!! I hope it helped. If you do nothing, your manager will have nothing of your zero efforts. After a year, you are no longer a consultant. Impressive.
Let me tell you this is my 2nd time in MK. Not everyone at MK is an angel. But when I read some of these comments, I go through a series of emotions. It is a business. There is no subsripation that you stop. If you do not order after 12 months, you will be terminated anyway and you will have to terminate a beauty advisor contract to be relaunched. MK is not a pyramid scheme. We are in our 55 years of business and only 1 in 3 that started in 1963 is still there.
I will never say that it “doesn`t work”, it works for those who work it! But good luck for you! Personally, on my way to the top in an amazing company named Mary Kay, which really enriches women`s lives and changes the trajectory they would otherwise experience! * Those who generate the revenue are uplines who have recruits and tons of customers and who work for more than 40 hours for more than 40 hours – just like a legitimate activity.- >One thing that distinguishes MK from other companies is that each person who signs the agreement starts at the same level! We all bought our kits. We started without customers, and most started with little or no time, money, or support. We have all had the opportunity to use the tools offered. Inventory, business cards, possibility to use credit cards, etc. and we made decisions based on the information provided, personal experience and research….
