Academia Group has been awarded the framework contract which will start on 1 July 2019 until 30 June 2021 with extension periods of 2 x 1 years until 30 June 2023. Jisc offers UK universities and universities common digital infrastructure and services, such as the very fast Janet network. It also proposes a number of sector-wide agreements that are available to LUPC members. In early 2019, Jisc and Eduserv started working as an organization. This framework applies to all educational institutions, including schools, academies, multi-academy trusts, higher education institutions and universities. NWUPC collaborates with uk Universities Purchasing Consortia (UKUPC), which is the developed convergence of eight UK consortia; APUC, HEPCW, LUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC, SUPC, TEC and TUCO, which have entered into a formal partnership to support collaborative acquisition within higher education.
